I love watching vegan cooking vids even though I’m personally not. I’m actively looking for good ways to eat less meat, but even more I appreciate that what you’re doing is essentially problem solving where the solution is to make something delicious. It’s an important issue, and if a solution is a burrito I think we can appreciate the processes!

Every time I ask a vegan how a diet that can cause extreme health complications unless it is supplemented by vitamins that come from what.you are avoiding. They become highly offended and angry. Even aggressive. Veganism causes mental instability. It should be outlawed for public safety.
